Good afternoon!

I applied for a personal loan from Mashreq Bank 2 weeks ago. Then after 1 week i got a confirmation/verification call from them. And now, it's been a week again since that call but unfortunately i haven't receive what i applied for. I tried calling them but the only answer i get is "It is STILL under Process". How long does it usually takes to get a loan?

TSK TSK TsK...cancell your loan from that bank..there are so many hidden charges and they will eat you alive..no need to elaborate and it is based from my own experienced...

Just ask whether you will get loan or no. its better than asking when :P

they have one of the worst customer service in qatar.

Instead of calling them why not visiting the branch in which you applied for the loan and ask them on the actual duration of the process.

Better ask them, since the public forum could be providing misleading responses.
