How to get back the e-government payment made by credit card on rejection of application

Hi,

Can anyone advise me how can I contact e-government service to revert a fee which was paid through my credit card online on rejection of the application. Payment was processed and thereafter the application rejected. But the bank statement shows that the amount is charged by e-government.

You cannot get the money back upon rejection of an application. The money paid is for the application processs.
