HOW TO FIND QTEL PIPE LINE INFRONT OF VILLA? PLEASE HELP

We have shifted to new house and apply for new QTEL Connection 2 weeks ago…one Gentleman came from Qtel for Survey and asking us to find out the QTEL pipe outside from the villa. (there is an arrow mark is there with QTEL label) anybody have the same experience? Location is THUMAMA…. We dick little but not able to find the pipe… really don’t know what to do? (INSIDE THE VILLA THERE IS A QTEL BOX THERE BUT HE IS TELLING WE HAVE TO PUT CABLE)
We also experienced the same thing... it will take surely some time.. u have to check with Q-tel again ...were is ur exact location?
I agree with radius...But why did the guy needs to lay cable? There is already an existing cable from the "CABINET" within the vicinity in your area going to the box inside your villa. There is no need to lay a cable, probably the cable he needs to lay is from the box going to the specific location of your wireless router..Hope it helps..
In any Villa there is Qtel (telephone) Plan, the guys with you maybe subcon only, if it is from qtel engr. they always have copy & even the owner of the house too.
