Arabs, Pakistanis, Indians nationalities joined the day it was formed. It's not about nationality nor the fluency in arabic. It is about the qualifications and experiences that they needed badly and would be beneficial to them. To Mr. Riyas, I check your profile and it says you're an interior designer. I don't think your qualifications is in demand in the police or army. If they need your expertise they give it to contractors. Better try the private sectors where your qualification is best suited for.
