How can I get nojoom awards, now that options on site dont work and 114 has limited options?

I tried nojoom website, but I am not able to choose partner awards like aquapark passes. It loops back to the options menu again.

I tried their 114 helpline for nojoom, seems like they have limited options over the phone and there isnt a person that I can talk to?

Does anyone know what happened to this program before I go with the alternative of going to QTel store and asking their staff about it?
