I think the house rent will be reduced little by end of this year.....are you agree with me......number of housing complexes are in progress ....thats why i am thinking so......???

In Doha u,ll find number of empty flats and villas with no taker ...The reason is only high demand of rent and these properties will remain empty until owners dont reduce their high demand of rents. I never heared that rent is that high anywhere in world... Just in qatar and dubai its very high. Now u all have seen what happened with dubai. Now im sure in qatar rents will come down more than 50% in next couple of years. Im sure villa with rent of 6000/7000 Qr/Month will be available in 3000/3500 Qr/Month. Coz people can not afford that high rents.
it is a dream and should be any way my landlord did not increase for last 3 years. He respect laws but not all landlords, rents are already reached to sky limit even if it reduced to 50% stilll not worth, just one year before Asian games I was staying in a standard 3 bed room flat for 1,800 QR. only now for the same you need to pay 7,000 to 8000? so what is the use of saying rent falls down?!!!
as per the reports i read once in Gulf times,, every 1 house among 10 will be vacant by end of 2010, i.e. supply is more than demand...for sure the rents will go down. lets hope for the best.

You are right, I agree with you. My rent was reduced about 25% in 2010.
I agree with you. I reduced the monthly rent of my flat about 25% for the year 2010.
It will be reduced again next year (2011).
