s hi everyone i wish u could help me deal with this problem,
this is my story goes i was working in one clinic 2 years, and really had a bad attitude manager, keep shouting on me and push me to the limit that i quit one day with nothing compensation money, i paid my ticket and go home he let me sign a paper that u cant get anything from the company bec i was not entitle of anything bec of emergency resignation..i wrote a resignation letter that i have severe diturbance that when u shout at me my body shever and like i have a trauma with his voice and for that reason i will resign, he dump my letter and he make another letter for me to sign it, with soo much stressand out of myself i sign it and walk away without anything just 200 riyals help from co workers to buy my son chocolates, i paid mt ticket also..now i regret that i let that person treat me that way but now im calling him for a certification that i need for my future work, now they will not give me.. what will i do? the receptionist will not transfer my call to this manager...i have the right to fight for that bec i finish the contract and overstayed and they will not fix me for vacation..
You have burned your bridges. There is probably no way back now until after years. If you had left on good terms you might have stood a chance.
Now as u have already left the job and gone back, your case is not strong, however try politely there is no option left now.
