I am a Sri Lankan offered a good job at QP in Ras Laffan.
I take daily oral medication " metformin" for slightly elevated blood glucose level and cholestorol correction.

will this be a problem ? Can I buy " metformin 850mg" tablets in Ral laffan or is it allowed to bring with me 6 months medication through Doha air port ?

What is the employers policy about mild diabetes . it is not a communicable desease.

Bring letter from your doctor & prescription with bill . You can bring medicines . At airport they will check for drug like cocain , heroin etc ..
