good will cargo don't know to keep their promise. they r so bad they don't know to speak to a costumer. thy r so irresponsible people. they promised to deliver the cargo in 10 days maximum 15 days when i inquired , and even the accountant and the other man who came to take the cargo from my house said the same as they promised earlier 10 days maximum 15 days. but when it was not reached in the promised period, and when i call them they say non of them said in 15 days. they say they always said minimum 15 days. and when ever i ask the states of the goods i sent, they ask for the IDG no and say they will call back within half an hour and say the states, but they never call i called them 4 times every time they did the same thing they r so irresponsible. and when i asked y do they promise when they cant that gay started shouting at me. when i told my husband about that even he called them and that gay started shouting at him also how miss behaving people....how bad service and now it is 23 days and not yet delivered to my place.

I purchased an article (quite large) in the UK in December and immediately began to organise shipping. I found a freight company who said it would take a month. I paid 10000 up front as required. I have been promised it will arrive this week.

Going on 5 months, I could have walked to the UK by now

hi chabby, some people r like this i don't know why these service providers don't see the nature of the people working there. keeping these kind of people will definitely effect their business. but still i think they r not bothered. i heard one of my friend also saying this few months back for goodwill cargo. my friend is also a lady i think they have to learn how to speak to ladies.

i have not pissed anyone i have just asked about the status of my goods that too after the promised period and if there was any problem in the customs or any other thing they could have said it nicely not being rude and not giving the proper information is really bad isn't it?

I can't remember who we used, but they said our things would be here in 21 days and it took 2 months. Part of that is our stuff being in customs. You have to allow time for you things to clear customs and from what i have read in the papers, customs is backlogged.

It happens in qatar always, the best idea is to check with people whom you know or here in QL before you send any this kind of goods through cargo as there are too many cargo companies are operating here.

There are too many people lost the items also ..

hmm Chubby, a word of advice next time dont bother pestering people that move your precious goods, i mean if they said it will take min of 10 to 15 day then just relax coz pissing them off will only result in further delays and there is nothing u can do about it. I'm guessing this is the first time you are using this company? I remember we used such a service before but dont remember the company name, they too said they would take 15 days but actually delivered it in 9 days. If you be rude to them they will be rude to you and worse they will damage your goods saying it got damaged in transportation then there is nothing u can do about it :P
