I guess you typed extra $, normally it is 21.000 QAR and yes it sounds a pretty good offer. Comparing tax free income you can consider it as a good offer.

Sorry, is that $21,000/mo USD? Plus housing and educational expenses on top of that? Unless he's a brain surgeon that's pretty darn good! If it's $2,100/ mo that's not so hot.
