FIRE IN AL WAAB STREET -Posible conseqvences
I have seen that a fire was in AL Waab street in one accident with a Woqod track.
I am thinking if the same track was turned of in the middle of the same intersection and the petrol was spread under the cars stopped in the intersection. The petrol will be in fire very fast an all the cars stopped in a blocked intersection will be in a not pleasant situation.
The question which shall be asked to Woqod company is:
“Is there any way that a person/children/woman with children in a car (which is waiting in the long traffic line) can escape alvive ? “I do not believe because:
You are in the car and the cars are blocked in traffic. You can not leave the car because the 20 tons petrol tank provided enough spillage on the asphalt that you can not walk on fire (think about having a long dress specially made from synthetic fibers). Staing in the blocked car with a lot of petrol spillage around is a sure dead.
I think that a regulatory safety Qatar body shall take some steps forward to test the track drivers for a more safety way of driving. Last year there was another accident in Muntaza street with E ring road in the similar condition but probably there was diesel not petrol. The truck did not took fire.

I wonder if they will compensate the damage, I'm sure they will.. luckily, no one got hurt.

Yes , u r write if the petrol spread on the road and u know there is a petrol station on the other site of the road . We can't think what were the damages and the blast.OHH my GOD
WOQOD are the worst company ever that I've dealt with! Don't deal with these people, they are very unprofessional!
Yes, this was a serious issue & WOQOD Management has to give saftey measurables in future regarding the movement of their fuel carrying trucks during the day time. Because its not safe after this accident happens. Also, trained & qualified drivers should be hired for their transport section
