For family visa

Hello one my friend is coming to Qatar he is married and expecting RP any time now.
He wish to know whether Marriage certificate to be sealed by Indian Ministry for foreign affairs for applying family visa?
Whether he need to possess the Marriage certificate during applying for Family visa.
Those ( Indians) who had applied recently can you help me in this regard which I can reply and help my friend plz.

Original marriage certificate stamped by external ministry and Qatar embassy in India is required. It is to be then stamped by Foreign ministry in Qatar. Additionally you should have bank statement of minimum 3 months showing salory of QR 11000/-. If you do not have above you may bring family visit valid upto 6 months.

Hi,Just show the orginal Marraiage certificate and get a copy attested by the Indian embassy,if you dont want to go stand in line for the same just go to the Indian cultural centre and for a fee of QR 10 they will do it for you,it will take 2 to 3 days,then take the same to the minstry of foreign affairs and get the same attested.Get a bank statement for 6 months,basic salary should show QR 7,000 ie. theres nothing written as such anywhere but normally its only when this is met that they grant the same,next you would need a salary certificate from the sponsor company.
