It depends on whether your visit is Business Visit or just plain Visit. The business visit visa need not do any requirement for the person to leave the country. The visit visa need for you to have an exit. But I heard from others that they do not require now. Final decision still rest on immigration captain.

Good luck.

Exit is NOT a must!

your previous employer is willing or having gave you NOC (release)therefore, your new employer can legally apply you a new working visa under their sponsorship

NO NEED TO EXIT.

Since the old sponsor is ready to give NOC, you may get a letter on his company letter head saying taht he has no problem to transfer your visa to the nw company. There is an Arabic format of letter.

PRO of your new company will tell you , what you should exactly do. I knwo one person like this, who is workign now in the new company for the last one month. His visa processing is going on.
