my relatives are going to suadia arabia by qatar airways so they have a stop here for atleast 7 hours..so will the rules allow them to come to my home in between those 7 hours.....

Which Nationality, if they are holding USA, Canadian, french...Etc pasport they can easily get on arrival visa the fee is QR.55 or so i am not sure. check with qatar airways help line or any reputed travel agent better.

No, they will have to be in the Transit area at the airport(probably wearing a mask), they are entitled for a hotel stay only if their transit time exceeds 8 hours, that too depends on the discretion of the immigration authorities, if they are your immediate blood relatives you could sponsor them on the 14days tourist visa but i do not know if you will find that worth it for such a short time.
