Employers Not fair to Pakistani

I have recently been called for three interviews by three different and renowned organizations and what i noticed is that employer here in Doha are not equal to Pakistanis. I am recently here on a visit visa and hunting a job in Marketing / Sales field. I would like to share my observation with you and would like to know your comments my first interview was held by an Indian the interview went well but his emphasis throughout was we have lots of Indians and Srilankans in our company. the second interviewer didnt have this nationality problem and he replied with some solid reasons. the third interview was a kuwait based well renowned company in GCC the interview was carried by a lady and she asked me three times are you from Srilanka and at the end she said we hire Filipinos here so if we are interested we would contact you. I think this is not fair if we look at the population of Indians and Filipino here i dont think anyone else would be able to get a job. I don't know if this only happened to me or it is casual here but i was really shocked.

Would appreciate your comments too. Share your observation and experience for mutual understanding.

Its 100% true but for most one way or other I must say honestly. Welcome to the land where discrimination is a virtue brother. Haven't you seen the newspapers ? How openly they say - we need this or that nationality ONLY! And definately Pakistanis are discriminated by those who can..specially those who can!! and are no exception at all! I have worked here for sometime and have seen it myself. Can tell from just looking at the paystructure and their hiring ways how much discrimination is there according to the nationalities. Ironically no one has the guts to say anything about it as every one has his/her own back to save! Better try your luck in places where there are still more honest and humane people living.

Understand your frustration my friend but possibly it will be due to non-availability of Pakistani visas to those firms where you appeared for the interview.
