i am from Qatar and am living in Canada,
i got my g2 and moving back to my country, do i need do a driving test in Qatar or just show them my g2 and will get the Qatari license?

Im not familiar with the G2 whatever it is, If it's a proper license in Canada then all you have to do is be above 18 and do a test from any driving school.
It can't be a learners license to do that.
Otherwise just take a course, 15 days later do the test.
