Hi Ql'ers,

One of my friends is desperately searching to change from his current job. He has got transferable visa and NOC. He is specialised in Administration/HR/Training and Employee Welfare. Also he is western educated as well. Has been applying for jobs on gulftalent,bayt all job portals, BUT NO LUCK.

If anyone can offer some employement in those domains or can refer to someone, it would be really appreciated.

I have been using Bayt.com since 2004. I am using other job sites for the past couple of years. No luck so far. Job sites are just middlemen. They do not have any control on employment. They simply act as a post office delivering to their clients all the applications they receive possibly after short-listing them.
