my friend did not commit crime. he was caught in selling the liqour...so, theres a chance that he can come back here in qatar? from my previous post, there is one comment that there is one who came back. what he should do coz her company really like her performance in work.

Selling ALCOHOLS without any permission from QDC is a crime of course...

As the post says above, if your friend was caught selling alcohol and hes not a QDC employee then its a crime!!

Assuming he did not work in QDC, then of course he committed a crime.

Alcohol/Liquor can only be sold (outside of certain hotels and restaurants) by QDC to people with a Liquor Permit.

That person must take it directly to their place of residence.

It CANNOT be sold on, it CANNOT be given away, it CANNOT be taken be transported (including) by foot) from the residence.

Therefore selling the liquor is illegal and breach of Liquor Permit Terms. Your Friend DID a Commit Crime

if he is in the list of blacklisted people, then he cannot come back, so someone needs to check the same.

I am not an immigration expert, but I saw my friend was deported by the police for a minor mistake. He managed to get the visa again and came back within 15 days. I think if you dont have any criminal case, there is possibility if they will not put a special ban on you and take finger prints.
