Cost of living in qatar

I'm moving to Doha next month, I'm a bit worried, I'm looking for a rent (budget 4000 - 5000 QR) which district should I consider, my workplace will be Tornado tower, do you think transportation would be an issue ?? please answer me. thank you.

Can you suggest some places near to qatar where rest cost is low.

If you require 1 BHK, ( hope you have a small family) its ok. you will get 3000-3500 unfurnished with A/C. For car, 2000, for small family expense - 3000.

13K Salary it's not less but is that all the package? What about another benefits? Such as Accommodation+Transportion. Etc. I do agree with Expatio some restaurants are cheap. Renting apartment is around 4000-5000 for fully furnished but the price is depend on the location as well.

Some restaurants are cheap. You can get a huge shawarma for 12 QAR.

You could live in Al Khor and drive 30 minutes to work. Housing is cheaper there.

Salary is Very less, if u r going to come with ur family. House 1bhk in city 4k - 5k depending on size, car rent 2k, good food 700 riyals. All depends how u spend. u could only save half ur money.
