Hai! I am sridhar from INDIA.Iam looking forward to come qatar on Nov.so iwant to know about cost of living in doha.If any accomodation available in doha please inform me.

It is true housing is a problem here. But you can get a decent one room furnished room with attached bath at Qr 3500-4000.

If you are coming with a family, then to get a furnished flat you need to pay Qr 7500.

Though other costs are rising, they are still within ones limit.

To check accommodation you can also visit "classified page "www.gulf-times. com". This will give a clear idea about accommodation.

Welcome to Doha-ive been here for a couple of months and like it quite a lot so far

There are several threads on cost of living in the forum-look it up-am sure u will get a lot of useful info there-i just read through the posts here before coming to doha and got to know quite a bit about the place even before i got here !

Petrol - QR 25.00 per Litre.

1 Brani Rice - QR 30.00
