I went to that Al Rawnaq store on Thursday and they told me all the photocopiers were broken (???) and then he said something about the contract being over, so I'm not sure what he meant. He did guide me to a place around the corner, Al Qayum or something like that. I don't know how much it was per copy but it was cheaper than Xerox.
try Xerox showroom on Salwa Road, they're pretty cheap

I too suggest Rawnaq
There is another branch of Al Rawnak near the Airport, on the right side if you are coming from central Doha, past the airport, where they have a copying department a lot of teachers use. Adequate parking if you get there during a not-real-busy time.
Also, Dar al Thaqafa on Merqab does copies very reasonably, and also binding if you need to make booklets.
