Changing employer before stamping visa?

My friend just arrived from India on a work visa. He has undergone medical tests and the fingerprinting process. Now he has found a better job. The labour contract has NOT been signed and his visa is NOT stamped on his passport. Qatar ID is NOT issued.

What is the procedure to change the employer? Is NOC required or is simply exiting the country enough?

No. Your friend can NOT change his sponsor now. He has to work with this sponosr for atleast 1 year. He can only change after 1 year and if the sponosr is willing to give an NOC

ones he undergone for the fingerprinting it is automatically recognize that he will be working to the company whi give him the working visa. it will be very hard ofr him to change company at this point
