Is there anyone else in QL who can't obtain a car loan from a bank?

I called up HSBC and I was told that they only give out car loans to individuals whose salary is QR8000/month.

Do the other banks have this policy too? Do you know of any bank which gives out car loans without the need for transferring one's salary to the bank? (i'm currently an account holder of HSBC)

I'd appreciate any help regarding this since I'm buying the vehicle on the 1st week of September.
