Can you bring alcohol into Qatar and if so what is the allowance?

you cant bring alcohol wen entering Qatar...

but once ur here u can drink at pubs and night clubs until u get the permit to buy from QDC...

You can not bring alcohol into Qatar. When my friend tried they confiscated it at the baggage scan as he exited the airport and told him he could pick it up when he came back to the airport to leave, which he did.

Not allowed to bring them in baggage. You can buy it here with a permit.

But then none checks the alcohol percentage in your blood, provided you walk in a straight line.

Dude its ok to bring alcohol as long its isoprophyl alcohol and allowed is only below 100 ml

you must be out of your mind... you dont wanna try bringing in alcohol here in Qatar, see where that'll get you. you can buy it here in QDC but you'll need to secure a permit to be able to do so...

No way you can bring alcohol in to Qatar. You need have a permit and to buy in Qatar Distribution centre only.
