Can I renew my wife's and kids resident visa without them coming to doha as they r outside Qatar?

No. You cant do it.

You need the passport of them. And U cant go ONLY with the passport cos it show in the system that they are out. may be u have to face legal action on this, cos u cant keep the passport of outside people.

"Why wouldn't you search?", please all of you out here stop such a reply. It is simply not an answer. First the QL search function suck, big time, as you cannot sort by date or any other method. Second, the information do get change and hence the fresh answers are always better.

Agree with the above reply. And in case you ask if they send the passport to you, the answer is no as well as the computer will say that they are still outside the country.
