can anyone help for approval of family visa

I had applied for family visa of my wife and kids on my sponsorship. I submitted all documents and the state of my case is post pounded. they ask for paper but i can't deliver. So can anybody help in this regard.

if you cant provide that documents, then i would say sorry, your application will not approved. you cannot sponsor your family for residence visa. if you can submit that documents, then you have a chance.
