Its illigal to sell LPG Cylender in Super Markets. You may get into trouble trying to buy from them.
you may inquire at the nearest supermarket in your area. they normally deliver free. they will take your empty tank and replace it with the filled one.
Every area has a local LPG distributor, its the same guy whoz responsible for loading the truck that keeps moving in your locality. Catch hold of one such truck to find out the distributor's address in your locality and in any emergency, you simple take your empty cylender to them and they will replace it with new cylender.
The distributor working works are usually between 7:00am to 11:00pm.

Dear Normally, Cylinder gas truck is coming in front of every doors otherwise take the cylinder to the nearest gas filling agents or even sall supermarkets.

just take it to Qatar Gas-2 (just opened yesterday) at Raslafan and ask them to refill it....
You have to wait for the delivery truck in your area for the LPG otherwise you have to check the store who is selling LPG.
