I know about the terms & conditions stipulated on the ticket, but will cameras & camcorders really not be allowed at the game tomorrow?

Of course you can take your personnel camera..and snap away at the winning goals!!!

Television companies pay top dollar for the rights to show matches on TV (live and highlights).

Camcorders and professional cameras are always banned for these reasons.

I wouldn't take the chance of taking your video camera. It will probably be confiscated and you'd have to collect it after the match (at the most inconvenient time for you)!!
