Frankly, it is hard to quantify most of the parameters above. That's why many educators is opposed to the idea of constructing a ranking for school as it could be very misleading and potentially do more harm than good.
I believe the better measure should be: which school is a better match for a particular children's education need . For example, Shafalla and Sunbeam may not have a top academic reputation, but for student with learning difficulties they may be the best school in the country. For students aspiring to take university entrance exams in Philipine or India, the American School may not be the best option despite being much more expensive compared to those offering Philipine or Indian national curriculum. The list goes on
It's very difficult to differentiate the Best Schools in Doha.. or even in the world?? I wonder how people grade these schools,on wht basis???
Schools are the places where knowledge is spread.. and the EVER BEST SCHOOL FOR THE CHILDREN IS HOME ONLY!!!! and the best teachers are their mother and father...
Just leave them in any of the schools which is affordable for you.. and brought them by devoloping good principles...

frankly, this is a never-ending discussion and has been on QL forums many times before.
Every individual & every National has his/her own priorities for the kids and they look for schools accordingly.
In my opinion, its very difficult to map the experience of one parent over the other.
Anyways, before starting this discussion, you should have checked previous forums / nodes / discussions.
