1- Apartment 2 bedroom in a descent place for 6000 QR?
2- A family Car with a loan/month for 2000 QR?
3- Grocery and utilites for 2000 QR?
4- Other expenses,cell phone,interent,outings for 1000QR?

we are a family ( Husband , wife and a baby )

appreciate your help to apply asap if the above duable

all above is ok except for the other which is 1000 only. i think you need to re assest those others.

Grocery and Utilities will go upto 3000K.Internet+Phone will be another 1000K.Entertainment+Misc will depend on your lifestyle.

1 depending on standart.. but should be OK

2 small but should be OK like Kia Soorento

3 OK but no alcohol and little import meat..:(

4 no way. internet, phone, utilities, gas and Satellite already 1k, no outings, no restaurants no alcohol.. outings only walking on the beach

It is manageable within your assumptions. In 6000 QAR, now you can certainly get reasonable accommodation.
