Barwa apartment Messaimer experiences?

I have been staying in Barwa from past 4 months and i can say that it is good compared to the rent we pay per month in Qatar where accomodation cost is so high.I also have to clear the concept that Barwa people are not giving these apartments for 'FREE'as some people have stated in some posts!!!

We are paying a price. And this much of money for an apartment of this size is not cheap. You pay a similar amount in US,UK and many other countries of the world. It's different story in Qatar because the accomodation cost is very very high........the government did nothing much to solve this problem.

It is also true that CHEAP is not always bad as i saw other people comment on some topic related to Barwa.........:)

The pros:
1)The whole complex, hallways and the apartment itself is spacious.
2)Kitchen is easy in operation.
3)Nice compound and walkways for morning evening strolls.
4)Maintainance people are efficient.
5)Well lit apartment.
6)Good family atmosphere for an residential complex.

Cons:
1)No utility room near Kitchen,no double sink and Ac in the kitchen.
3)Very small windows.
4)Bathroom tiling does not have good finishing.
5)No power source in bathrooms

To sum up,this experience has been good so far for my family considering the problems we had before(just like many middle classed people here)!!

Cheers
