Hi everyone,

I am from Indonesia, I just get offering to work at Building company at Qatar as QC Engineer. They offered me around USD 2000 inclusive everything ( apartment, medical, transportation , food ,etc). I am a single person. Guys, could you please inform me how much cost for apartment & medical & transportation as well ? Do you think , with USD2000 I can live at Qatar and save the money too?

some money from this salary , you need to negotiate basic salary alone, and if they can accomodate you would be much better. A small furnished apartment one bedroom costs around $1750 per month.

Thanks a lot for your response. My current salary right now in Indonesia around US$ 1000 but it is exclude the medical insurance. Medical insurance paid by company. Is that difficult to find information to rent a room or share accomodation there ? How much cost to rent a room ?

You only option is to rent a room and share accomodation with someone else. If you live frugally you would be able to save some money. What is your current salary in Indonesia?
