Any rubbish tips in Qatar ?
Does anybody know of any rubbish dumps for getting rid of larger items such as furniture. The stuff we want to get rid of is no longer "fit for use" so can't sell or give away. In the UK the local councils provide refuse tips where you can go along and dump pretty much anything. Haven't heard of anything like that here though.

It has a consequences, big fine...
You may hire a small Lorry to dump your rubbish in the dump site in Dukhan Road.
Just pay the driver and he'll take charge of everything including the small amount to be paid as he enters the dumping site.
The whole Industrial area is a gigantic Rubbish Tip
Just put those items beside the garbage container & they will pick it up later.
Better to call municipality office ( Baladia ) you will get correct guidelines about ur question. all the best...
