The doha bank at Lulu Gharaffa, open in the afternoon. Also the one in City Center.
I know one open adjacent to Holiday Villa...one of the reasons I might shift from cbq to doha banks...branches open in the evening and not in the malls
Try LuLu Hypermarket located at D-Ring Road, they are open from 5 until 9 in the evening if I'm not mistaken.
