yes i heared from some expatreat frends that there is a plan to cansel or remov NOC from life
i meen if some one like to move he will be asked to pay some amount to MOI and change the sponser
human rights order

I received call from one of my subordinate wholeft our company 6 months before.He got a offer in qatar and joining that group.He told me that there was a ban stamped on his passpport for 6 months while leaving qatar.Soit seems the Ban period is now 6months instead of 2 years.

There is no sign to reduce the period of NOC here in QATAR.
