any body knows how much an apartment in the pearl cost??

and which agency are selling these apartments ?? where to locate them?

I don't exactly know the prices,,but it is a fact that the price for properties in pearl have doubled..!!! Now it's too expensive!!
Well, as for me, I used to have plans to invest in the pearl, and I was looking for either one-two bedroom apartment.
Let me tell you how the prices varied between last year and this year, by last year the two bedrooms apartment was 1,200,000QR for almost 135 squar meter as for this year it's almost 3 million something.
3 million is the net price, mot forgetting that if I decided to go for a bank finance I will endup with 5 million (interst covered).
The prices knocked off the plan and decided not to even think of it.
So I'm back to squar one.
All I can say is:
the prices are way to high for my budget
it would take me a couple of life spams to pay it off

3.2 mil for a studio???!!!!!... that sounds like a rip-off! then ur better of going to the pearl office (oyster).... they have studios for under 2 mil
apts range from 1.5 mil to arnd 10 mil, depending on the size.....studios are arnd 1.5 mil and 5bdr/penthouses are upto 10 mil. There are many companies selling apts on the pearl other than the pearl-qatar itself (eg.The Land, Sabban, Aqar...etc...please do check the papers for their ads and u will know who else sells apts on the pearl)
hello feefee, we r working in 1 of the projects in The Pearl. The minimum cost for the house is 11 million as its depends upon the size. if u want like 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen etc. then the price will be very much higher. Anyhow the aparments of first phase i.e. Porto Arabia are already been sold, now they opened phase B appartments i.e Viva bahriya

Prices will depend on the size and location of the apartment.
Why not go to the Pearl sales office, just at the entrance to the island?
