to all my Kabayan: Why is OWWA not issuing an OEC now... ?

I will be going on vacation soon this month so i prepare all of the things i will need. As an OFW, I went to OWWA yesterday to have my OEC and to my surprise they said they are not issuing an OEC as for the time being and they don't have an idea when they will resume... hmmm...
Anyway i can't do any thing about it and because of my disappointment i didn't bother to ask why? only just now that i have my coffee i remember... Why?
Oo nga mga tol, lagi nman ganyan yang mga yan. Alam nman nila na kailangan ntin yan bakit di sila mag print ng marami. Gayahin kaya nila ung mga taga embassy, kada papel e 100 riyal ang hinihingi kay pobreng juan de la cruz...( kaya pala bayani ang bansag sa yo...... Wow
Hello kabayan ko.. to follow up this question.kailangan ba talaga may ipakita kang Employment Contract bago ka nila isyuhan ng OEC? or pwede ng wala?
No need to go to POEA to get OEC. i got mine sa airport before my flight, at wala ding pila. You just need to pay the dues.
pag sa pinas ka kumuha nyan, hassle yan and wala kang fast lane sa airport. pipila ka pa sa poea. hassle talaga. why dont they just print it here in qatar on an A4.....
dre wlang problema ang OEC ,you can get it sa mga regional offices nila ,no hassle , madali lang

YES THIS IS ALWAYS THE SAME. I DONT KNOW WHY THE GOOD PHILIPPINE GOVERMENT CANNOT PROVIDE TO US OFW WITH THIS VERY IMPORTANT PAPER FOR ALL OFW. I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT BRAIN DO THEY THE HAVE......STILL THE SAME CRAB MENTALITY

most probably they run out of stock again,which is usually the case and been happening for a long time now.
what do you expect from them?
