BUT IT DOESNT SEEM SO. THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING IN AGREEMENT BUT YOU GUYS WERE NOT TOLD
BESIDES ALLOWANCES WAS GIVEN TO COVER ACCOMODATION AND OTHERS.
it is a bloody scam!! they did the same to a recruitment agent in sri lanka.I would do anything to revenge those bastards. they weren't able to take any of our moneys. but they wasted a lot of time and i even gave up my previous job because of their scam offer. here is the contact email and the website of the sri lankan agency they fooled.

Most legit recruiters will only want your CV and requirements...their customer pays them to find prospects...

Good you asked, do not be fooled by such schemes. No employer ask for visa money from people they have not hired yet.
