I know this sounds awkward, but can any one tell me how do I place an advertisement in Qatar Living please?

its a actually reduce spam, only people from Qatar can post ads. In some offices the server will placed overseas, so the website consider you as you outside Qatar.

may be it's your internet connection or network causing this. I'm having the same issue from office I can't post an ad . But when I log in from my home I can.

Place the mouse pointer on My menu, on the pop up menu select +Add classifieds Ad, select the category, fill in all requested information and by all means follow the rules.
