Advertisement matching with QL Question.

I have often noticed QL Adverts on the right hand column of QL website matching with the Question asked.
For example some one asked a question regarding White Wedding gowns and there is a wedding gown advertisement on the right hand side of the screen when I open that question.
How is it possible?

But how does that happen? Is someone sitting there monitoring the Questions and putting up matching ads? Or does it search for similar keywords in the Question and displays itself on that page?

These are google ads...it changes with the text of the webpage you are surfing...if you are reading something about MBA course ... it will show ads about MBA...your location can be known by your IP.
