Accomodation ADs
I have followed up on some Rental Ad's posted on QL and Local NewsPaper and on reaching the location i have been shocked to see the place.The AD words are Executive Bachelor accomodation , Luxurious appartments etc.And on seeing the place it was more of a labour camp or a servant quaters .When you call these people they dont share the complete information and insist on you visitng the place.
Futher more one property is being sold by several agents with different prices. I have meet many realestate agents in doha who are representing some very big relestate companies and when you ask them the rentals on the phone they say may be 7k or 8k .. as in how much you going to fall for . Some of the punch lines of these agents are the price is for today only , its the only flat in the building (PS: its a haunted building),its a faimly accomodation (PS:your next appartment has 8 people living in it ).
I think the authorities have to look into these issues because its really getting out of hand.They authorities really needs to define a laws to control this sharing of property , sub leasing , role of rental agents etc..
