Accident
Hi guys, good morning to everyone... I met an accident on 28 of this month in the petrol station where i went to park my car and he came and banged me at the back as he was trying to get inside the no entry road.. its a big transit vehicle..Police came and they said its not my fault and the truck drivers fault... then i did all the paper works and found out the insurance company .. then finally left my car in the garage of the insurance company...I feel so bad becuase the vehicle is not mine but my friends ,he has gone for vacation now.. he gave his vehicle with so much trust and confidence in me and i feel so bad ... because of this accident.. i wanted to call and inform him but everyone said dont spoil his holidays as he is on vacation...i also have doubt whether the car will look like same before the accident.. i am still waiting to see the car once the work is finished.. i am praying that there should be no difference... What u guys think
1. will the car look same like before the accident(i insited the garage guy to remove the damaged parts and put new original parts from the company-chevrolet).
2. Should i call my friend inform or wait for him until he comes back and let him know abt this..

Your friend being the owner of the car has all the right in the world to know what happened to his car. If he gets upset, it is a normal reaction.
The car after being repaired may look exactly the same on the exterior, but on the inside, there are no guarantees anymore.

CAR IS NEW 2008 MODEL THE AGENT WILL REPLACE THE PART.
THE ACCIDENT YOU MUST TELL YOUR FRIEND THE PARKING AREA SOME TRUCK HIT THE CAR BACK AND NOW CAR IN WORKSHOP FOR REPAIR
First get the car repaired, most probably it would look same as it was after all the replacements.
But do inform him when he is back from vacation because when he sells the car and the buyer does a computer check, he would come to know of the accident.
Explain the situation to ur friend only when he is back, i know how u feel but its better to be honest then to be proved dishonest later which would be more hurting.
you should tell him now, dont wait that he will know that stuff to other person coz that might cause a problem to you and he might lost his trust with you..mybe he will understand coz thats an accident its not your fault so dont you worry if your friend is really a friend for you then he will not be angry with you..goodluck
Better to inform him as if he comes to know later from the insurance co. or other source, then it will create problem for you both. Just inform him & apologize to him, moreover its not your fault!!! Dont worry..he his your friend, he will forgive you.... :)
Yeah fess up and let him know. If the cars is not as good as before then send it back, it should be as it was before and to accept less should not even be a consideration.

i think u should not tell ur friend utill u c the car ok .i think that will make it a bit easier for u and less shocking for ur friend.
