About Work Contract

Hi,
I got a job in qatar and the company had made the contract for me which is 2 years. I have 4 questions to be asked can any one help me in this regard.
1) I want to ask during this 2 years salary agreed would be fixed or yearly there would be any increment as normally given in other countries?
2) After the contract period is over would there be a salary hike if I wish to extend my contract period?
3) During the contract copy if the company wish to amend or my request to amend some extra allowance like education allowances etc is it possible or is it not?
4) Company says I am eligible for sales commission but it is not mentioned in the contract hope the same would be applicable?

It is quite common here, all the contracts are prepared for two years only and most of the case it continues and sometimes you may not get any renewal letter but you may continue as a mutual understanding, increment or continuing in the same company is purely up to the management and according to your performace or you can leave if they allow. Once they bring you here it is their choice to release you to another company but you can goback to your country no problem.
