How many years of work experience do you have?? If it's below 5yrs and if you are a BACHELOR, offer is well and good provided that you should get free bachelor accomodation-food allowance-transportation from your employer.....If these are covered, you would be able to save a large amount of your salary..

lots of details are missing to comment, such as u are looking to stay with family or as a bachelor, is this includes accommodation and conveyance as well, and how many members are there in your family if at all if u are planing to stay with family,

if u want to stay as a bachelor with accommodation being provided by Company, its okay salary

depends on how many family members you have, if its just you, 7,000 is enough with accommodation provided.

it depends on number of dependants, for self or for small family it is ok if company provides accomodation
