What is the procedure to Open the blocked Current Account with Doha Bank?

I have an account with Doha Bank, Salwa Road Branch with Loan & Credit Card. Recently my account ( Current) has been blocked along with Credit Card. No proper reply from Branch. Already I lodged complaint with Doha Bank, C Ring Road & QCB. But no solution so far? Can anybody suggest what can be done as the branch is requesting Guarantor with Guarantee Cheque which I cannot provide.
