Opening Bank account

Could any one explain what is the procedure of opening a bank account for a WLL company. Is any one parner can alone can open or all partners needs to sign?

If you are mentioned as authorized signatory in the CR..& your name is mentioned as the Manager of the company in the "Memorandum& article of association" u should be allowed to do so. in this article owners specify a manager who can act in the name of the company, simply mentioned as well that his actions is a laiabilty on the company.

Well most of the banks insist compulsory visit by all the partners mentioned in the CR at the time of opening account (one time only) with regard to signing of Specimen signature cards. But few banks will accept visit of "Authorized signatories" only mentioned in the CR.
I think one partner is enough, it's a special "frozen" account, so you won't be able to get any money out until the company is formed officially.
