Legal Money Lenders

I am looking to see, if there is anyone who can lend 10,000-30,000 riyals. I can pay it back in installments with interest or Cash will be returned within 1month with 10% interest. Usually people take a 10% interest i dont mind if it is a little higher too. I can give u my company cheque and even my original passport as security if required. Actually I have a friend of mine who is in Singapore and told me about all that and I did not know the concept of Money Lenders before that and that is why I asked here that is anything like that working here or not.

Now I have got another question about those Finance companies but I will search on them first

There is no money lending in Qatar other than through recognized banks. All other activities are illegal and is punishable.

isnt it haram for an islamic person to lend money on interest basis & by taking such money wouldnt it be haram for the other person too??

To my understanding the only Legal lenders approved by Govt are Banks!!

Any other person or institution claiming to give loans/credits could be Illegal so you are the one to bear with the consequences.
