How has CBQ been charging me for Credit Shield on my credit card without my knowledge?

Normally credit shield insurance comes with credit cards unless you say "NO" when you signed/request for the card.
Most of the time they dont inform about at the time you take the card as they make money out of it.
i was vicitim of this once . so nowdays i say "NO" clearly to creditshield insurance before i take the card.
You may call the bank and request for the cancellation.
CBQ is the biggest thief in the Qatar market
last year they charged all of its customers for keeping the debit card 50 Qrs they did't even bother to in form there customers about the charge.
since then i have stopped banking with them if i am at your place i will return there credit card as there are lot many other banks which provide better service then commercial bank
Read the Agreement that you signed with them.
If it does not have an item for this charge, you can get reimbursed or at least stop them from charging you again next month
Actually this credit sheild is the insurance for the bank against your purchase in the month. Pay all the expenses incurred at the end of month (before issuing the new bill) charges will not be levied to you
