How do I open this account in a bank(the procedure)?and which bank is better for us?
I’m from Beijing Jangho Curtain Wall Co. Ltd.which is a leading figure in the field of integrated curtain wall solutions in China.
Recently,we bid to several construction projects of various types,such as Samrya Tower and other construction projects in West Bay area. We are planning to establish a subsidiary in Qatar,so we should deposit a mount of fund as the capital in a local bank.
My question is whether the bank is assigned by the monitor of financial&commercial?how do I open this account in a bank(the procedure)?and which bank is better for us?

Let me get this straight you are bidding for projects in Qatar and have no commercial office here and no capital in banks and you are just looking for info to open an account??? There is something not clicking here!!!
By the way where is that Samrya Tower project...give a little more details because I can't find such project name in Qatar.
