I WAS ISSUED a open-dated cheque for QR. 20,000.00 by a company to Doha Bank. I have tried to deposited the cheque today and it is told from the bank that the company has closed this account. In this case what legal action I cant take against the party who has "dishonoured" me by giving me this non-existing account cheque?

Take it to the Capital Police Station and they will take immediate action on the signatory, my friend.
